Size swaps

Wrong size? Get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement in the right size.

Changed your mind?

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items need to be unworn, with tags on, in their original packaging.

How to start a swap or return

Message us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo through our Contact page and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.
